How does this work?
If you cannot find an adequate answer to your question in our extensive database of information, please feel free to ask one of our verified physicians your question. Your question will be answered by email by one of our physicians as soon as possible. Once you receive your answer, you’ll have two options to continue. You can either pay $5 to ask as many questions as you want or schedule an appointment to talk to one of our physicians for 10 minutes for $25. Instructions for payment will be included your email. |

Who am I asking?
All of our doctors are board certified, US trained, obgyn physicians. If you would like more information about a particular doctor, feel free to ask the doctor in your email response what his/her credebtials are.
The names and credentials of the doctors who wrote and reviewed all of the information on AskMyObGyn.com are clearly stated on our website on the about us page. This information can be verified by the state medical boards in the states where each physician practices. |

What is the satisfaction guarantee?
Our goal is to answer every women's health related question to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your answer, feel free to ask the doctor for clarification, or ask him/her to refer the question to one of our other physicians. Any paying customer that is not satisfied, please send an email to info@askmyobgyn.com with an explaination as to why you are unsatisfied and we’ll refund your money right away. |

What if I don't get an answer on time?
Once you pay for a question, your question will be answered as a first priority and will generally be answered within 24 hours. We receive a large volume of questions but do our best to have an answer within a reasonable amount of time, usually within 24 hours. |

Can I ask a "follow-up" question?
Follow up questions are only allowed after you pay $5.
