Nausea and Vomiting
Can all of this nausea and vomiting hurt my baby?

While nausea and vomiting can be very frustrating and unpleasant, it generally does not pose a significant risk to your baby.  When you vomit, however, you may be losing many nutrients and water that are crucial for your body and your growing baby.  It is important to eat nutritious foods and drink plenty of water to be sure that you maintain an appropriate weight and keep from becoming dehydrated.
